Racarie Software, a leader in the Human Resources software market, is looking for a full-time Marketing Manager to join its team.  The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing all marketing activities for the company's flagship product, ApplicantStack, as well as future products.

Racarie Software is based in Cary, North Carolina, but operates a virtual office where most employees telecommute. In this position you will be required to provide your own private work space, such as a home office.  Local candidates are preferred but non-local candidates will be considered as well.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor existing marketing channels, including product website(s), PPC, print advertising and SEO
• Refine and maintain product branding and message to be attractive and consistent to the target market
• Analyze, develop and execute new marketing initiatives with the potential for high ROI
• Perform market analysis to support planning and strategy
• Regularly write articles and generate content for the company blog and other platforms to build market awareness
• Monitor and manage the company and product presence on social media, particularly LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook
• Provide input to product development team on new products and features

Requirements:

• BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or related field
• Technical minor or certification is a plus
• 5+ years experience in marketing
